In our dynamic world today, challenges often arise unexpectedly, and it can feel like a lot to handle. However, there's something truly inspiring happening amidst all this unpredictability.

A passionate group of young individuals who aren't content with merely observing from the sidelines; they're courageously stepping up, taking the reins, and leaving a lasting impact.

And here's where we step into the picture. We're the Inland Empire Coalition for Youth Justice, known as IECYJ for short. Our journey began in 2017 when we were known as "The Riverside County Alliance for Boys and Men of Color." Back then, we were a community of youth and advocates committed to effecting positive change in Riverside County, with a special emphasis on addressing race and gender issues. As time has passed, we've expanded and evolved, adopting a new name. Our unwavering commitment to inclusivity and equal opportunities has grown even stronger, actively welcoming individuals from all backgrounds, including people of every religion, genders, and race, creating a vibrant tapestry of perspectives and experiences united by a shared dedication to building a better community for all.
