IDENTIFY
An emerging group of young leaders, dedicated to refining their skills through collaboration & training to achieve the change that they work to get done.
PROVIDE
Skills:
Leadership skills which include Self pertinent issues and Principles of success.
Connections:
Uniting with distinct individual causes to identify a shared objective aimed at fostering positive change.
Knowledge:
Delving into the mechanics of how things operate, envisioning their ideal functioning, and developing solutions to bridge the gap between the two.
PREPARE
TO Identify systems and issues needing change for the benefit of youth.
TO Develop methods for influencing positive change for youth.
TO Recognize the resources of assistance necessary to creating positive change.
The youth leaders to put into action the implementation of positive change.

Understand Our Language

5 - 10 youth selected from organizations.
Coordinator
1 - 2 Peer Leaders selected by youth delegation to represent them at the table.
